Reliant Appliance Repair, LLC hereby declares that it has no formal affiliation, association, endorsement, or partnership with any other brands or businesses, including but not limited to General Electric (GE), LG Electronics, Samsung, Whirlpool, Amana, Monogram, Cove, JennAir, Haier, KitchenAid, Maytag, Dacor, Kenmore, Miele, Gaggenau, Electrolux, Fisher & Paykel, Frigidaire, Speed Queen, Blomberg, Bosch, Thermador, Sub-Zero, Viking, Wolf, Beko, Bertazzoni, BlueStar, Café, Forno, Forza, Fulgor Milano, Hestan, Sharp, Smeg, Thor Kitchen, True, Verona, Zephyr Zline, AGA, Liebherr, Asko or any of their subsidiaries. Warranty Policy

Reliant Appliance Repair, LLC ("Company") provides a warranty for appliance repair services rendered. This warranty covers parts and labor for repairs conducted by the Company.

Duration of Warranty: The warranty period commences from the date of service completion and extends for a period ranging from 30 days up to 1 year, depending on the nature of the service provided. Specific warranty duration for each service will be clearly stated in the service invoice or agreement.

Warranty Coverage: The warranty applies to the specific repairs conducted and parts replaced by the Company. It covers any malfunctions or defects in the serviced appliance directly related to the service provided.

Exclusions: The warranty does not cover:

  • Issues unrelated to the original repair.
  • Damages resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, alterations, or lack of proper maintenance.
  • Repairs conducted by third parties or the customer post the initial service by the Company.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • No Warranty on Customer-Supplied Parts: The Company does not provide any warranty on parts installed that are purchased by the customer. The Company's warranty only applies to parts sourced and provided by the Company.

To make a warranty claim, the customer must contact the Company within the warranty period. The Company reserves the right to inspect the appliance to validate the claim and determine the appropriate course of action, which may include repair, replacement of parts, or partial refunds.

Sale of Goods and Services

Compliance with Texas Law: The Company complies with all applicable laws and regulations of the State of Texas regarding the sale of goods and services.

Service Agreement: All services provided will be accompanied by a service agreement outlining the specific nature of the service, costs, warranty details, and other pertinent terms.

Payment Terms: Payment terms, including due dates, acceptable methods of payment, and penalties for late payment, will be specified in the service agreement or invoice.

Cancellation and Refund Policy: Details regarding appointment cancellations, rescheduling, and applicable refunds or charges will be provided directly by the Company’s representative.

Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute, the Company and the customer agree to seek resolution through negotiation. If You have any concern or dispute about the Service, You agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the Company. If resolution cannot be achieved, the dispute will be subject to arbitration or legal proceedings in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.

Termination Policy

Reliant Appliance Repair, LLC ("Company") reserves the right to cancel or terminate any appointment or service agreement at its discretion, without the need to provide a reason for such termination.

In the event of termination by the Company, the customer will be promptly informed of the cancellation. Notification will be provided by an office representative of the Company.

The Company endeavors to minimize inconvenience to the customer in such situations and will provide information on rescheduling options, if available.

In cases where the customer has made any advance payments or deposits, the Company will process appropriate refunds in accordance with its refund policy. The Company is not liable for any additional compensation beyond the refund of the paid amount for the canceled service.

Limitation of Liability

Notwithstanding any damages that a customer might incur, the total liability of the Company and the customer's exclusive remedy shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the customer for the service provided.

To the maximum extent permitted by Texas law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages whatsoever. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, interruption of service, loss or spoilage of food and groceries, or property damage arising from or in connection with the service provided, regardless of the cause of the damages and even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Company specifically disclaims any liability for damages resulting from the malfunctioning of appliances, faulty parts, rust, Freon leakage, water leakage, or any pre-existing condition of the appliance that is beyond the control of the Company.

The Company specifically disclaims all liability for any damages or harm attributable to the failure of any parts or components provided by the Company or used in the service of the appliance. The responsibility for ensuring the quality and durability of such parts and components lies with the manufacturer or supplier.

In accordance with Texas law, certain implied warranties and the exclusion or limitation of certain damages may not be disclaimed or limited. Therefore, some of the above limitations may not apply to every customer. In such cases, each party's liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

"AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" Disclaimer

Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

Service Provision "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE": The appliance repair services rendered by the Company are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Company makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the service, or the information, content, materials, or products included in the service. You expressly agree that your use of this service is at your sole risk.

Scheduling and Service Availability: The availability of services from the Company is contingent upon various factors including, but not limited to, scheduling availability on a first-come, first-served basis, availability of technicians, availability of requisite parts, and prevailing weather conditions. Furthermore, the Company reserves the right to modify, postpone, or discontinue any service (or any part thereof), provided that You (the customer) are notified of such changes in advance. This prior notification will be given to the best of the Company's ability, given the circumstances surrounding the change.

Rescheduling and Technician Reassignment: The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reschedule your service appointment or reassign the service technician. This may be necessitated by various factors including, but not limited to, adverse weather conditions, unforeseen circumstances, emergency situations, or any other reasons that may impact the ability of the Company to provide services as originally scheduled.

Acceptance of Terms: By utilizing the services provided by the Company, you acknowledge and agree that these services are provided under the terms of this "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" disclaimer. You further acknowledge that the Company's ability to provide service is subject to external factors that may be beyond the control of the Company.

This disclaimer is applicable solely to the operations of Reliant Appliance Repair LLC within the State of Texas, United States. It is intended to set forth the terms under which the appliance repair services are offered and to limit the liability of the Company to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Governing Law

The laws of the Country, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern this Terms and Your use of the Service.

United States Legal Compliance

You represent and warrant that (i) You are not located in a country that is subject to the United States government embargo, or that has been designated by the United States government as a “terrorist supporting” country, and (ii) You are not listed on any United States government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

Severability and Waiver

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Waiver

Except as provided herein, the failure to exercise a right or to require performance of an obligation under these Terms shall not affect a party's ability to exercise such right or require such performance at any time thereafter nor shall the waiver of a breach constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.

Changes to These Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, We will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at Our sole discretion.
